Hello, my name is M. V. Jenkins the facility manager behind R.O.L.E. 1, LLC.  I moved to this area for a career change in 1991 and needed to find affordable housing for me and my daughter being a single dad.  I was looking for a place that was affordable, family oriented, safe, close to schools and employment. Coming to the Metropolitan Washington  D.C., Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area from Michigan where the housing market is inexpensive compared to the DMV area. The DMV area housing market was a culture shock! I decided that I could be the person that will offer affordable housing to those who make a modest wage and who are not making a government employee wage.  Therefore, I decided to put my money behind my dream and vision which I incorporated R.O.L.E. 1, LLC on 1/1/2004.
