Hello, my name is M. V. Jenkins the facility manager behind R.O.L.E. 1, LLC. I moved to this area for a career change in 1991 and needed to find affordable housing for me and my daughter being a single dad. I was looking for a place that was affordable, family oriented, safe, close to schools and employment. Coming to the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area from Michigan were the housing market is inexpensive compared to Washington D.C. The Washington D.C. Metropolitan area housing market was a culture shock! That is when I decided that I could be the person that could offer affordable housing to those who make a modest wage and who are not making a government employee wage. Therefore, I decided to put my money behind my dream and vision which I incorporated R.O.L.E. 1, LLC on 1/1/2004.
Our mission is to provide quality rental living environments to low to moderate income individuals and families. R.O.L.E. 1, LLC welcomes federal and state housing assistance families or individuals. We welcome all who want a quality living environment to live and raise their kids.
